CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT
During construction, landowner issues are common. The difference in projects being shut down, standby time, and missed deadlines is the amount of trust your land agent and the Landowner have. We understand that and embrace it. Our agents strive to build relationships with the landowners and are available when those issues arise.
TITLE, LIEN & ENCUMBRANCE, CONDEMNATION
Our experienced right-of-way professionals diligently research all public record databases, for accurate determination of property ownership. From there we build comprehensive reports reflecting the history of each subject tract. We design each report, focusing on surface ownership, applicable easement crossings, current lien holders, and any encroachments that might affect the right-of-way. We also prepare Limited Title Certificates from courthouse records, for vesting, as well as providing the chain of title, tax certificates, and maps depicting the location of the subject lands.
